The Plan:

Introduce new players to Thoroughbred Racing with a No Mark Up, No Management Fee Racing Partnership of a horse with stakes horse potential. Purchase Price and projected expenses through 12/31/2021 are outlined below. Ten (10) units are offered at $18,000 each.

The Horse:

Mortality Insurance (with ECS)        $    5,000.00

Projected Training Costs                  $  39,000.00

Operation:

Regular updates, photos and videos will be distributed by the Manager to all members. As this venture is designed to educate the members, transparency will be a priority. All management decisions will be explained by the Manager. Any and all purses will be distributed on a pro-rata basis at the Manager’s discretion.

It is expected that the Kentucky bred horse will race primarily in Kentucky, in order to take advantage of the Kentucky bred purse incentives. As every horse progresses differently we cannot provide a firm date for our first race, but we anticipate the horse will race in the summer of 2021. Members will notified as soon as possible of every race and are strongly encouraged to be present for every race. There is nothing more exciting than cheering your horse down the stretch!
